Our pilot cohort features 30 leaders and skilled professionals from 12 orgs:
- Moved in the last 3-24 months
- Returning kama’āina or new transplants (and partners)
- Help shape company culture
- Frequently interact with local people
- Are committed to attend all events and engage fully with an open mind

- 60% female
- Ages: 20s (10%), 30s (17%), 40s (33%), 50+(40%)
- >70% relocating with 1+ adult; ~50% with children
- FROM EVERYWHERE (hometown):
- East Coast (23%)
